Eligibility for Returns:
You are eligible for a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You are not satisfied with the fit or style of the shoes (excluding custom or made-to-order items).
Timeframe for Returns:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- It must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned with the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom orders: Any shoes that are specifically designed or customized to your specifications are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to shoes with personalized engravings, specific color combinations chosen by the customer, or modifications to the standard shoe design.
- Made-to-order items: Shoes that are manufactured only after an order is placed are considered made-to-order and are non-returnable. These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return. Or contact us to arrange return ( courier fees will apply )
Refund Process:
